Over 50 days into my fifth Happiness Challenge I can finally feel the results. The first thing I thought when I realized how happy I have been was "How long will this last? When will the darkness return?" And then I read something that changed my way of thinking. What if every time I was down I thought, when will my happiness return? Thinking of it that way may give me something to look forward to instead of worrying how long I will feel down for. Because my happiness will always be back xo

Just don't fall for the idiot....

Have I learned from my past? Time will tell.....
